Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully before booking your appointment. By booking with Aphrodite Beauty Room, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Appointments

 All treatments are by appointment only and can be booked via the website or by phone.

 Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation to avoid delays for other clients.

 New clients may be asked to complete a consultation form before their first appointment.

Deposits & Cancellations

 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final bill.

 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a loss of deposit or a charge for the full treatment cost.

Patch Testing & Allergies

 A patch test is mandatory for certain treatments (e.g.tinting, lash lifts) and must be completed at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

 It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment.

 If any health concerns arise, treatments may be declined for your safety.

Bridal & Group Bookings

 Bridal and group bookings (2 or more people) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

 Final payment is due no later than 7 days before the appointment.

 Changes or cancellations to group bookings require at least 7 days’ notice. Less notice may result in loss of deposit.

 Bridal trials are recommended and can be booked separately.

Gift Vouchers (E-Gift & Physical)

​

 Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 Lost or stolen physical vouchers cannot be replaced.

 Vouchers must be presented (or code provided) at the time of your appointment.

 Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

Payments

​

 Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment.

 Accepted payment methods: cash, card, e-gift vouchers, and physical vouchers.

 Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Children & Guests

 To ensure a relaxing environment and for safety reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted during treatments unless

 pre-arranged.

Social Media & Photography

​

 With your permission, before-and-after photos may be taken and used for social media or promotional purposes.

 You will always be asked for verbal or written consent before any images are taken.

 Your comfort and privacy are our top priority — no images will ever be used without your agreement.

General Etiquette

​

 Please arrive with clean hands or feet for nail treatments, and no makeup for facial or lash treatments unless otherwise advised.

 Respect for staff and other clients is expected at all times. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
