A consistent home-care routine will help your manicure last longer while keeping your nails and hands healthy, strong, and beautiful.

Daily Care:

Apply Nurture Oil to your cuticles daily to keep them soft and hydrated.

Moisturise your hands after washing to maintain smooth, supple skin.

Drink plenty of water and maintain a balanced diet rich in protein, iron, calcium, potassium and vitamin B

 to support healthy nail growth.

Protection Tips:

Wear rubber gloves when washing up, cleaning, or gardening to protect your nails and hands from harsh

 chemicals and moisture.

Keep nails at a moderate length to avoid splits and breakages.

Avoid using your nails as tools – treat them gently!

Nail Care Routine:

Use non-acetone polish remover to prevent nails from drying out.

Always apply a base coat before nail polish to protect against staining.

Apply a top coat regularly to help prevent chips and extend your manicure.

Use a 180-grit file to smooth rough edges or deal with small splits.

Avoid metal files, as they generate heat, dehydrate the nails, and can weaken them.

Additional Tips:

Don’t bite your nails – it weakens and damages the nail plate.

Schedule a maintenance manicure every 2–4 weeks to keep your nails in their best condition.
