Following a regular home-care routine will help your pedicure last longer while keeping your feet and nails healthy, strong, and looking their best.

Daily Foot Care:

Moisturise your feet daily to keep the skin soft, smooth, and healthy.

Apply Nurture Oil to the cuticles to maintain softness and hydration.

Wash feet daily, finishing with a cold rinse to refresh and stimulate circulation.

Always dry feet thoroughly, especially between the toes to prevent fungal infections.

Weekly Maintenance:

Rasp feet regularly to remove hard skin, ideally after a shower or bath, followed by moisturiser.

Use a firm brush to scrub your feet after showering this not only cleanses but also boosts circulation and leaves feet feeling refreshed.

Trim and file toenails straight across to help prevent ingrown nails.

Keep nails at a tidy length to avoid splits, snags, and infections.

Polish Care:

Apply a base coat before polish to protect nails and prevent staining.

Finish with a top coat to seal in colour and prevent chips.

Wear open-toed shoes after your pedicure to allow polish to dry properly and avoid smudging.

Footwear & Hygiene:

Wear the correct shoe size and alternate shoes to help reduce foot odor and pressure on the same areas.

For excessively sweaty feet, wipe them twice a day with cologne or surgical spirit for a cooling, astringent effect.

Follow with foot powder for freshness and dryness.

Ongoing Care:

Book maintenance pedicures every 2–4 weeks to keep your nails and feet in their best condition.
